When we moved into my former home we were right next to the woods with just a few houses around. I liked the remote feeling and access to the woods for my dogs and the abundant population of chipmunks for my cats. However, as my four children started to reproduce grandchildren it became evident that the house was lacking adequate space. So my wife started her quest looking for a house that would house everyone when they come for a visit. This, of course, is just a few times every year and I made the suggestion several times as to renting a block of rooms at a local Inn or hotel equipped with a pool and all the amenities but I am seldom listened to and that time was no different. The last time we moved, it took years to sell our house so I figured I had plenty of time to relax and of course we were and still are in the middle of a pandemic. It was a bit slow at first then it took off. A full price offer was made by a couple fleeing California and we accepted then the race started, we had less than a month to get out and buy another house. More later on this, as I'm out of room.
