We had the an opportunity to photograph a lovely home on Valley Club Circle in Little Rock which sits right on the golf course providing beautiful sunsets and peaceful evenings on the outdoor patio and pool area. We were tasked with several different types of photography to properly present the home, high-resolution handheld and our tall stand was used to capture the exterior and gorgeous views from the house. The tall stand raises the camera as much as twenty-five feet in the air resulting in a much better photo of the house and not so much of the driveway, street, and curb. Our drone photography was helpful in getting an idea of how the property fits alongside the golf course. Flying the drone in high-density neighborhoods with busy streets is something I am very careful with. We constantly check the drone to make sure it is airworthy and producing professional photographs. The ability to fly to 400 feet and make photos from that height is a wonderful opportunity to show how the property is integrated into the surrounding countryside.
