If you're uncomfortable with digital files, we offer a variety of print packages that allow you to purchase only the photos you want.

  Outdoor portraits are best taken after 3 pm in the fall and winter, and after 4 pm in the spring and summer.

The Studio may use photographs for promotional materials, including but not limited to Website galleries, Social media posts, Brochures, Advertisements, and Marketing campaigns. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date.

LeMay Photography is a full-time professional photography studio in West Little Rock. We want to work with you on your Real Estate photography needs. LeMay Photography offers speedy and affordable photography services. Jon is a licensed drone pilot. We want to enhance your brand’s identity without breaking the bank.

Real Estate Photography Prices:   Offer your clients more than the basics; they will tell all their friends how helpful you are.

Our Basic Service Package, priced at $149.00 plus tax, is designed for homes under 3,000 sq ft. It includes 40-50 MLS-sized listing photos, along with a separate folder of larger photos suitable for publication. We also offer 24-hour service for quick turnaround. The package includes multiple images of the kitchen, large rooms, and the primary suite and bathroom, along with at least two photos of each additional bedroom. Houses of any size are welcome. As you proceed through the Book Now feature, it will ask about the size of the house. Choose the options you would like on the following pages.

360 Virtual Tours with House Layout, $60.00, allows your customer to browse homes at leisure, and the Floor Plan helps your customer better understand the house's layout.  Customers will spend more time on a site with a Virtual Tour and are better prepared when they visit on-site.  You will receive an unbranded version that can be used on the local MLS and all social media platforms.   Click here for a sample.

A Virtual Dusk photo, $25.00 each, transforms a standard daytime image into a cozy, inviting evening scene. The sky is artfully adjusted to a soft twilight hue, while interior and exterior lights are illuminated to add depth and charm. The hearth fires glow warmly, creating a sense of comfort and hominess—perfect for evoking emotional appeal and helping potential buyers envision themselves living in the space.

A walk-through video offers your clients a simple tour of the property. Adding a walk-through video will improve your internet ranking. You will receive an unbranded version that can be used on the local MLS and all social media platforms. Click here for a sample.

Drone Photography
Elevate your listing with 6 to 8 high-resolution aerial drone photos that showcase your property's full scale, unique layout, and surrounding features from a stunning bird’s-eye view. This service is available as an add-on to any base package for just $60.00—a small investment that can make a big impact in attracting buyers and standing out in online listings. 

Add Virtual Staging – $40.00 per Room

Transform empty or under-furnished spaces into beautifully designed rooms with virtual staging. For just $40.00 per room, we digitally add stylish furniture and decor to your photos, helping buyers visualize the full potential of the space. Virtual staging increases engagement, enhances online appeal, and creates an emotional connection that drives interest and faster sales—all without the cost or hassle of physical staging.

Terms: After the session, I will submit an online gallery of watermarked photos for your approval. Upon payment, the high-resolution photos will be available for download. I can provide up to three improved skies and one lawn if necessary. After that, the artwork is extra, typically costing around $5.00 per item. LeMay Photo reserves the right to pro-rate the charged fee in the event certain spaces are not photographed.  Plus 9% Sales Tax

Your choices receive the full attention of a digital artist to achieve the best possible look.  You may bring a couple of tops, ties, or other items to vary your appearance.  Please limit yourself to two outfits. Please select a date and time, and we will reply soon with a confirmation. Virtual or remote viewing is available with the purchase of one additional image.

Studio Portrait or Headshot (publication/professional purposes) $99.00 plus sales tax, including one retouched digital image, and paid with a credit card, check, or cash on the day of the session. Additional Retouched Digital files are $50.00 ea.

Business Groups at the studio. The session fee is $250.00, which includes all original high-resolution digital files, edited to remove facial blemishes.  One hour of photography is included, with professional lighting.  Additional Retouched Digital files are $50.00 ea.

Executive Portrait or Group Session at Your Location: The session fee is $350.00, which includes all original high-resolution digital files, retouched or edited to remove facial blemishes. One hour of photography includes professional lighting. 

Company Session at your Location: Make the best use of your employees' time with an on-site portrait session. We will set up our portable studio at your facility and photograph your best assets and employees with minimum disruption. Digital portrait files are $75.00 ea. There is no session fee. A minimum of six employees is required. One hour of photography is included.

Commercial, Special Event, and Drone Photography

Additional hours are available at $100 per hour. Drone stills and video are available for an additional charge. A deposit may be required for new clients.

Special events, such as birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, and business announcements, are meant to be enjoyed.  Let us take the stress of documentation off your shoulders. With two hours of coverage and the original high-resolution digital images available for download, our service is designed for your convenience. Passport Photos: We can create passport photographs in any size, either digital or paper, as required by different countries. We can also print on the backside. The cost is $40.00 plus tax for each person; the deposit of $43.60 is the total cost of one passport session, sales tax, and photos. Add a digital file for $10.00 plus tax for each person.

Senior Portraits 

Studio session, including one hour with multiple outfits, all the digital photos edited for facial blemishes, color, contrast, and exposure, $250.00 plus tax. 

Outdoor-indoor session, up to two hours, multiple outfits, includes all digital photos edited for facial blemishes, color, contrast, and exposure, $299.00 plus tax.

This session is for ordering photos already made.  It is important that everyone needed to make a decision to attend.  Your portraits will be projected in our studio theater showing a great deal of detail.  This is the best method for reviewing portraits and your input on artwork is very welcome. Two hours are available so you will not feel rushed.   Please select your date and time and that will start the confirmation process.
