I heard a story about an acquaintance who had an exciting experience. This person was walking their dogs, which if you knew the dogs would know that takes a lot of energy, dedication, and love for his pets. Most of us, including myself, would rather nap or watch TV than perform our duties concerning our pets. Our pets love us with unconditional love that that may not be deserved. Many thousands of years, man and dogs made a contract. The dogs are to bark when any strangers are near, and man is to let the dogs have the scrapes from the meals. This contract still exists even with my small 6 lbs dog to this day. While walking his dogs, he discovered a couple of scratch-off lottery tickets. He went to the nearest house and asked if they were missing the lottery tickets, they could have said yes but answered honestly and said no. He scratched off the tickets revealing nothing of value. However, there was great value in the act itself; being honest is essential to a good life.
