Headshots, business portraits, and families are on the schedule, and I'm looking forward to meeting all these new people. It's not as busy as it is in summer when I do most of my senior portrait photography, and I appreciate the break and the time to explore some things that might need some attention. For instance, I wanted to improve some of my real estate photos. I have noticed that my white kitchen cabinets were not as white as I would like them. So off to Youtube for some lessons; I'm amazed at the free information and their willingness to share what they know. Several viewings later, I found want I was looking for, and then after a small fee and a download, I had a new powerful tool. I spent time on the phone with a photographer friend who, as a single man, dedicates 100% of his time to perfecting his craft. As a married man, father of four, and grandfather of seven, I have never known that kind of opportunity. He shared several tools he used, even sending me the internet links, which allowed me to purchase them immediately. Now I'm looking forward to using the new things I've learned on some actual properties, and I will have that chance as the mortgage rates stabilize. Zillow, a national real estate marketing organization, introduced a new product and asked me to consider adding it to the list of services that I offer. Now my 360-degree tours also include a home floor plan.
