Holiday Events

Little Rock Photographer. Business portraits and headshots continue to keep us busy along with real estate photography, children, and a special event for a school group.  I was asked to take the photos at a beautiful home for students of one of our local high schools before they went to the dance.  This way the parents can get the photos they want without relying on resources at the event or friends' iPhones.  The home I was asked to come to was quite a place with a wonderfully landscaped backyard with a pool and many architectural elements that make a background special.  I started with some simple groups as attendees were arriving.  This was a formal event and the girls didn't disappoint, their gowns were a mix of all the colors of the rainbow.  Then came the couple's photos using the oriental plants as a lovely background which worked to support the bright colors of the participants' gowns.  The parents' pleasure with the poses was evident with the gasps and remarks about the class and maturity of their children. The event then proceeded to dinner with a simple but beautiful arrangement with food appropriate for teenagers.  I continued to make candid photos of small groups the kind you see in the society pages of magazines and newspapers.
