Real estate photography: Many different types of photography come our way, business portraits, headshots, family, senior and child portraits. Real estate photography is very common and I find it particularly interesting because I like to get out of the studio and go to interesting places. I enjoy my real estate professional salespeople, they are all small business people whom I understand. I try to find unique elements in all the places I go to. From the one-story ranch to the country estate, they all have their particular charms. The improvements homeowners make in their homes is truly a miracle. Turning a 1960 style bath into a modern spa with a walk-in shower and soaking tub is a great achievement and greatly increases the value of the home. The heart of the home is the kitchen and improvements made there will result in more money for the sellers. Modern renovation techniques such as laminated wooden beams and steel spans that allow an open concept is widely accepted and available in many cases.
Just a small country home

Recently I had the opportunity to photography a true county estate located in agricultural and historic district not far from my studio. It was supposed to be of Tudor style, not common in that area. We knew we were close but still sailed past it at 50 mph. We recognized that style and stopped by to make sure we were expected. It is a beautiful 100 year home that had been loved and protected by the same family for a century.
