Slowly getting back to Normal

August 30, 2020

We have been very fortunate at our studio to be able to continue making our senior, family, baby, and business portraits or headshots at our small studio in West Little Rock. Many businesses shut down with the onset of the pandemic and are just now thinking about restarting their businesses.  I knew no better than to just keep going to the studio every day.  My wife is a front line medical professional who has to go to work so either I spend the day with my two dogs and three cats or go to the studio.  Don't get me wrong lounging about the house till 9 am or 10 am is not a bad thing but after that, I want out virus or no virus.  Much of my time is spent alone or with a small number to people, is's always been that way but more so since the recent unpleasantness.  When coming to the studio I greet you with a mask and an obscured smile and I can say that 100% of my clients enter with their masks and a great attitude. We talk about their sessions and if they are going to use one of my articles of clothing I steam disinfect that clothing for their protection and health.  I hope I have not acted in a cavalier way since at my age I would be very susceptible to the worse case scenarios surrounding COVID-19 however cloistering myself away was not much of an option.
