Little Rock Photographers. Our business portraits or headshots, child, family, and senior portrait photographs are still popular with our clients. Real estate photography keeps us busy with all kinds of listings and properties. We service the Central Arkansas region existing of Metro Little Rock, Pine Bluff, Cabot, Benton, and Conway. We can't afford to travel very far with the energy prices the way they are now. We charge $50.00 to travel to Pine Bluff because the travel time there and back is two hours. I enjoy taking photos for real estate professionals; however, spending all day in the car is not my priority. I encounter houses in all degrees of readiness; some are immaculate, every corner ready to go, some need a lot of patience. Some homeowners can only push their contents into the garage or a bedroom; I appreciate their efforts, for I have been in their shoes several times. During aggressive market cycles, homes sell quickly without much promotion; however, the right kind of attention can mean higher commissions and quicker sales in slower times. We offer the standard photos needed for listings and several other promotional tools, i.e., 360 virtual tours, walk-thru videos, and drone photos. My locations are primarily homes; however, I've found myself at an apartment complex or commercial establishment on occasion. Commercial assignments take more time in consultation and planning, so we charge a little more for the extra time. Evening photography is often requested, which means working later, which costs a little more.
