Photographer Little Rock. Business headshots, newborns, and real estate photography continue to keep us busy during this usually slow time of the year. We have seen several newborns recently. I think that some parents like the idea of making their child's first outing a trip to my studio. Then they can always point to a photo or set of pictures and tell their child about their first trip out in the world. There is a sign on the door that says "Masks worn on Request" many parents appreciate this effort to keep everyone who comes to the studio as healthy as possible. We coach our parents before the session on wrapping or swaddling the baby with our special swaddling cloths, which are somewhat elastic. YouTube has some good tutorials on swaddling the baby; this is time well spent before the session. It is normal to show the photos immediately after the session. My assistant welcomes the parents and baby into the projection room. This room with a projector can make the images large on the screen and present multiple photo layouts. My assistant helps with the selection process by having an opinion on why one photo may be better than another. She then compiles the order for fulfillment.
We had a couple of significant business headshot sessions this week: one on-location and one at the studio. The location session was for a new CEO who needed updated photos for publicity. The studio session was for a new medical start-up.
