Treat your Customers Right

January 10, 2021

We have a small studio in which we make our real estate photos, business portraits or headshots, family, senior, and children/baby portraits in the Arcade Square Shopping Center in West Little Rock.  You won't have to worry about being delayed in a waiting room because we don't even have one.  Everyone has their own appointment and when children are involved it is important not to drain their energy before the session. So starting the session as soon as possible is helpful. I waited for one hour and ten minutes the other day at the doctor's office last week. No one would put up with that at my studio nor would they ever have to.  Respecting your clients is very important and if you don't respect them they have a way of finding alternatives to your services and products. One easy way to respect your clients is to answer the phone and in this day of constant robocalls, that's very difficult.  Clients like to talk to the owner or a responsible party and discuss their ideas and plans.  They usually don't ask a lot, so be patient and you'll make a new friend.  Be clear in your business policies and write them down on paper and on the web site.

Do what you said you were going to do, do your best to offer the customer a good deal they will feel good about.  Offer an obliviously safe place preferably in a commercial area with other businesses.
