We have been busy with our business, child, family, senior, and real estate photography. I enjoy going to various places for real estate professionals, homes that cost many hundreds of thousands and then home that cost just a couple of hundred thousand. They all have different charms and personalities, no matter what they cost. Real estate agents are all small business people who pay close attention to each transaction they pursue. Most of my fees fall between $100 and $200, and agents are careful with every dollar as their last. Agents book us through our website any time of the day or night. They especially like to book work late at night or early in the morning because, during the day, they are meeting clients and showing properties. They have a limited amount of time between the listing date and the placement of photos on the MLS. So, they can be very energetic getting the listing activated because they are on a deadline. They have to collect pages of details, educate their clients on financing insurance, convince their listees that it is crucial to clean up their home and surrounding property. When I arrive at a property, my heart sinks only to find a trailer or boat in the driveway. Recently I photographed home in the snow, and the other day I worked on a home in the freezing rain with the ground covered in ice. I added a beautiful blue sky with puffy clouds.
